CHECKLIST to help us expedite the resolution:
- Have you searched the Knowledge Base?
- Have you
upgraded the software?
- Have you
contacted the
Processor PC Support?
- Have you followed the
CreditLine User and Troubleshooting Guides?

If the problem persists, please email the TWO data
files (CCV_INFO.DAT and CCV_LOG.TXT from the 911/DATA
folder) for the merchant account that is having trouble to
.
A journal
may also be required for transaction specific problems. Please, DO NOT submit the
entire 911 folder! For problems across multiple merchant accounts, please use
Tools->Collect Support Files feature of the CreditLine Manager.
