Q. There are some transactions that were authorized, but now I cannot find them.
A. In most such cases, the transactions may have already been batched. Check the
CreditLine Batch Archive Dialog. You may need to select
Daily Backup or
Before Batch radio buttons to see whether there are alternative existing backups.
The othere common mistake is looking under the wrong merchant id in multi-merchant setups. Go to Configuration->Merchant Index control and look under other merchant indexes.
