HOLD, REFERRED and CALL Voice Center Errors

This article is a part of the  Payment Processing Software / Credit Card Software Knowledge Base. 


These error messages come from the security department of the credit card issuer and indicate a stop-warning that may or may not disable the card.
Following the warning, the card owner will usually get a call from the issuer asking to confirm purchases within 24-48 hours.

It is best to advise the customer to call the issuer and try the card, again.  I

In some cases the card will go through the payment processing software the second time.
