Cannot Batch or Process Transactions

Q.  Payment Processing Software failes to batch or process transactions. What do I do now?

A.  Please go over the following checklist to expedite the resolution:

  1. Can you browse the internet from the server where payment processing software is installed? If you cannot, then CreditLine cannot reach the processor, either.
  2. If the software has worked before fine and no changes were made to the system, the most likely cause is the processor being temporarily offline.  Call the Processor PC Support to discuss the issue. If some changes were made to the system, try turning off all software and hardware firewalls and security products to test the connectivity.
  3. If you are getting any specific errors, please search this Knowledge Base and take a look at the Online CreditLine Manual.
  4. Follow the CreditLine Troubleshooting Guides
